Eric Bird - (403) 556-5285

I was born in Vancouver, and raised in West Vancouver where my mother had a passion for homes, and I had the experience of participating in several home renovations and living with many different floor plans. After finishing grade 13, I worked in 2 Automobile Service Stations over the next 6 years and took an Accounting course at the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and then went on to work with the B.C. Telephone Company in Plant Accounting for 14 years. In 1980 I came to the Sundre area and farmed and ranched with my stepfather Brian Biddell on a section of land, where I came to really appreciate the rural way of life and smaller towns. From 1990 o0n I have enjoyed working in Real Estate in the Olds and Sundre areas and I hope I can be of assistance to you in your Real Estate interests in these and surrounding areas.

Rebecca Lenz - (403) 638-8619

Rebecca is resuming her career in real estate after a brief absence to raise her family. Having resided in the Caroline area with her husband and family for over 12 years, Rebecca specializes in rural real estate, including acreages and large land parcels, as well as town properties. She brings with her a wealth of banking and real-life experiences.

Rebecca, her husband Chad (of the hit TV show 'Mantracker'), and daughter are avid outdoorsy people, having been blessed with opportunities to travel within Canada and abroad, meeting many wonderful people. As real estate is very much a 'people business', it is a very good fit for her lifestyle.

Feeling very fortunate and grateful to live in beautiful western Alberta, Rebecca hopes to help others enjoy all that our areas have to offer. If you are a 'Snowbird' looking to escape to a much warmer climate in the winter, she has several contacts in Arizona to help your 'flight' go smoothly!

For all your real estate needs, give Rebecca a call today - you'll be glad you did!
